12 Years of Vzivo: From a Small Ljubljana Startup to a Trusted Live Production Partner

Vzivo started in 2012 with a simple goal: bring broadcast-quality live production to events in Slovenia that couldn't justify a full TV crew, but deserved one.
More than a decade later, we run close to 40 live broadcasts a month, with a freelance crew that scales up to twenty people for the largest productions. What hasn't changed is the core idea — every stream should look and feel like it was produced by people who understand both cameras and connectivity.
Along the way, our client list has grown to include some of Slovenia's most recognizable institutions: banks like NLB and UniCredit, public bodies like STA and SDH, cultural venues like Cankarjev dom, sports federations like FIBA, and EU institutions including the European Parliament and European Commission. Streamlee, our sister brand, brings the same team and equipment to the US market.
Our equipment has evolved too — from early single-camera setups to full multi-camera rigs built around Sony's Cinema Line cameras, video mixers, and redundant streaming pipelines that push to YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and everywhere else audiences are watching.
Twelve years in, the mission hasn't moved: make live events look effortless, even when the technology behind them is anything but simple.
